Yes, there will be other tasks that you will have to work on to, but unless and until you prioritize your work, how will you achieve balance? If you get done with the difficult part of your project, you’ll be able to focus on all other areas more easily and without trouble.
You should be an email ninja (the master of your email inbox); don’t let the inbox control you. The minute you feel like your email is taking over your life you need to understand that your productivity is waning and that is not good. Each step that you take toward managing your email can really help you out and allow you to get more done. If there is an important email that you are waiting for or that needs to be taken care of then it deserves priority. Anything beyond that deserves the backseat.
Working consistently is great and it can give great results, but there’s a difference between doing it consistently and constantly. When you’re doing nothing but work, you’ll definitely look busy and move forward, but it’ll also burn you out. If you want to boost your productivity and get the most out of your ability then take time to recharge. Go out for a dinner, workout on weekdays, spend time with your friends, etc. All of this could feel sort of like a waste of time sometimes, but when you’re smart you get more from your time.
Raising your level of productivity isn’t just about writing a simple to-do list, it is about simplifying your approach as much as you can so that you won’t have to face any hinderance as you work to find success. It’s easy to lose your motivation when you are trying to get ahead in the world of Internet marketing and that is why it is important for you to be able to get things done without wasting time.
